Prof Ian Opperman  Co-founder of ServiceGen, an Industry Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and member of the board for multiple deep technology start-ups. Ian is also the Chair of the Commonwealth’s  Data Standards Committee and an Advisor to the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. From 2015 to 2023, Ian was the NSW Government’s inaugural Chief Data Scientist (CDS) and was the founding CEO of the NSW Data Analytics Centre (DAC).
