The SVSHIP cornerstone partners are co-located together in the heart of Sydney – on Gadigal land – and include St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney, and St Vincent’s Clinic.
We also have a further group of collaborative partners who share our passion for health, research and education. With university partners including the UNSW Sydney, and other collaborative partners such as the Kirby Institute and the Nursing Research Institute. University of Notre Dame, ACU, Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety & Depression, Cunningham Centre for Palliative Care, and National Centre for Clinical Research on Emerging Drugs also contribute to SVSHIP.
Research Week 2024 builds on a long history of bringing our people together – to celebrate, learn and share.
Come to 1 event, or 3, or 4 – or more! Our program provides a smorgasbord of exciting opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate the fascinating depth and breadth of research happening across SVSHIP. Everything from some of the latest breakthroughs in cutting edge molecular science to patient care. Check out the events schedule to decide how you’re going to get the most out of Research Week 2024!
