St Vincent’s Sydney Health Innovation Precinct – SVSHIP – Research Week is a week-long program of research focused events.
Research Week has concluded for 2025. This website will reflect any future Research Week plans once they are finalised.
Held in various locations across our Darlinghurst campus, the week provides opportunities for researchers and healthcare providers from our Precinct and beyond, to present and discuss their research, learn more about the research and development that is happening across our partners and collaborators, gain knowledge from external experts, and to build connections and new collaborations.
Not only can participants discuss the latest research with a much broader network of colleagues than in their usual day-to-day activities, they also have opportunities to upskill in various areas, including AI in health and research, research ethics, equity, and science communication.
Our Precinct Partners have been incredibly supportive in enabling us to deliver Research Week. They have provided invaluable help via participation in the Organising Committee, funding, venues, technical support and more. Thank you to the SVSHIP Partners!

Our Precinct is on the ancestral land of the Gadigal and Bidjigal Peoples of the Eora Nation. We acknowledge the many different traditional countries and language groups of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Peoples that work and visit us here. We also acknowledge that our partnerships and engagements happen across many different lands.
